Previous Employment
Under the Digital and Intelligence Service's (DIS) Defence Cyber Command (DCCOM), I worked with the Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) as a Cyber Security Researcher to develop efficient and optimised AI-powered solutions for automated malware reverse engineering.
- Co-led the development of the AI Engine to Help Engineers Reverse (AETHER) . Specifically, I designed, architected and implemented the agentic struct creation system present in AETHER using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.
- Led the research and development of malware analysis tools to enable and support malware analysts in their workflows.
- Used state-of-the-art techniques in binary code similarity detection to develop models that help generate the embedding of functions.
Experiences
I was invited to speak at STACKx Cybersecurity 2026 about the struct creation system present in AETHER.
I was also a speaker at the C517 Village at DEF CON Singapore 1, again on the struct creation system in AETHER.
